Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution has implemented preventive measures, which involve identifying risks related to criminals, such as money laundering, bribery in the private sector, abuse of function, trading in influence, and obstruction of justice.

The main component of Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution risk  management strategy is risk mitigation, which is designed to minimize risks by periodically monitoring and assessing compliance with applicable laws and regulations and anti-bribery regulations.

Additionally, Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution conducts regular assessments of bribery risks and risk owners are responsible for anti-bribery risk management within their specific roles. 

The base of risk management is the identification, analysis, and evaluation of identified risks. The anti-bribery compliance role involves the periodic monitoring of risk management.

Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution has also set up an Anti-Bribery Compliance Function, which monitors and reports to the steering board and top management on the effectiveness of the anti-bribery management system.
